Karla Lavelanet
General Manager
Karla is excited to serve as the General Manager of Woodfield Country Club Master Homeowners Association, bringing more than 12 years of experience managing luxury residential communities throughout South Florida. Her career began in luxury hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton, where she developed a strong commitment to first-class service that she now applies to community management. Karla has guided boards through new construction, turnovers, and large-scale building projects ranging from $2–15 million. She is passionate about supporting the Board of Directors and enhancing the lifestyle for all residents at Woodfield. Outside of work, Karla enjoys family time and is a proud band and soccer mom.

Ralston Wright
Director of Security
Ralston has been a dedicated member of the Woodfield Master HOA team for the past 4½ years, serving as our Director of Security. He recently played an instrumental role in ensuring a seamless transition from Titan Security to Allied Security, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to excellence. With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement and service in the military, Ralston brings unmatched expertise and discipline to his role. His passion for safety and security has been evident in his daily work, as he strives to provide the highest level of protection for the residents and guests of Woodfield.

Sherry Berman
Assistant Manager & Bookkeeper
Sherry has been part of the Campbell Property Management family for over nine years and serves as Woodfield’s Assistant Property Manager and Bookkeeper. With over 35 years of experience in Executive Administration, Property Management, and Human Resources, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Sherry especially enjoys welcoming new residents and guiding them through the DRB application process, where she also serves as the liaison to the DRB Committee. Always willing to jump in and offer support, she goes above and beyond to assist both residents and her team. When she’s not in the office, Sherry enjoys catching up with her daughter and son-in-law via phone and facetime, spending time with her two Golden Retrievers, Lily and Mollie, and getting together with friends on the weekends.

Karen Asuoty
Administrative Assistant
Karen has been a friendly face at the Woodfield Master HOA for more than 10 years as an Administrative Assistant. She manages everything from vehicle and golf cart registrations to sales and leases, database management, and general resident inquiries. Over the years, Karen has built many connections with homeowners and truly enjoys those daily interactions. Originally from Long Island, she loves chatting with fellow New Yorkers who spend their winters at Woodfield. Her career has been diverse—from her first job at Belmont Racetrack, to roles at Burberry, a jazz club in Huntington, and even medical editing—but she has found her true niche here at Woodfield. In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading, cycling, cooking, and, of course, great conversation.

Samantha Ramson
Citation Coordinator
Samantha has been with Campbell Property Management for over two and a half years and is proud to serve as Woodfield’s Citation Coordinator. With more than 21 years of experience in Property Claims Adjusting and Retail Management, she brings both professionalism and a warm, welcoming spirit to the community. Samantha loves meeting new residents and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants as a self-proclaimed “foodie,” and taking weekend getaways.
