PHASE III WATER RESTRICTIONS STILL IN EFFECT

WHAT THE HOA PROVIDES WOODFIELD RESIDENTS
The Woodfield HOA is responsible for: interpreting and implementing provisions of the community documents, providing for community safety to the best of its ability, maintenance of the common areas, lakes, canals, and other waterfront property within the property including preservation of shorelines, lighting of roads, upkeep of sidewalks in common areas, and improvements to common areas and easements. In addition there is The Design Review Board which provides review and oversight of architectural and landscape Projects. Rules and Regulations of the community are added, removed or amended as necessary. On a more basic level, resident information profiles are maintained and updated as necessary, and vehicle Bar Codes are issued.

WHY WE LIVE IN WOODFIELD
Everyone knows how fabulous our Club, Dining, Golf, Tennis and Fitness facilities are, but did you know we have the youngest average age for a gated community in the country? How fantastic is that? Our average age is approximately 49 and in our 1297 homes we have more than 1800 young children and teens! This makes Woodfield one of the most family oriented communities in the country! Our Club has a Kid’s Korner for the young ones and a new family activity center is in the works. Additionally, many of our individual Sub-Associations go out of their way to promote a family friendly atmosphere. One example is the yearly and much anticipated Halloween happening at the Hamptons, where the streets are closed off and extra security is provided to ensure the safe enjoyment of all. The support for this type of event keeps Woodfield healthy, vibrant and among the most desirable of communities to live in.
