MASTER HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION ELECTION
Three seats were up for election on the Master HOA Board of Directors this year. Eight homeowners chose to run for those seats. They were in alphabetical order, Ian Berkowitz-The Hamptons, Rick Coffin-The Hamptons, Lee Cohen-The Hamptons, Fern Duberman-Avalon Pointe, Bob Tannenbaum-The Enclave, Hilton Wiener-The Hamptons, Lou Wiener- Kensington, and
Alan Yuster-Hamilton Place.
Homeowners, Sub-Association Presidents and the existing Board participated in an open “Candidate’s Night” on Dec. 1st, to discuss each candidate’s positions and thoughts on issues relevant to the community. After this meeting, residents of the various Sub-Associations made their preferences known to the Voting Designee for their community in accordance with the election procedures specified in our Documents. Per the Documents, the Voting Designee of each Sub-Association casts ballots based on the number of homes in that community.
Winning three year terms on the Board in this years election were; Rick Coffin from The Hamptons, Alan Yuster from
Hamilton Place
and Lou Wiener from Kensington. At the subsequent “Organizational Meeting”, the following officers were appointed for the 2005 term.
