Design Review Board – CoChairs, Lou Wiener and Rick Coffin
The Design Review Board provides review and oversight of the architectural and landscape projects undertaken by residents to ensure they meet the design standards put in place by the Board of Directors.

Engineering - Chairman, Barry Goodman
This committee provides oversight of the general maintenance and repair of all HOA common area systems such as common area street lighting, sidewalks, perimeter fencing, lakes, fountains and guard gates, etc.

Entranceway  -  CoChairs, Barry Goodman and Joel Goldsmith
This committee will explore the possibility of any future upgrades to the entranceways of Woodfield.

Finance - Chairman, Joel Goldsmith
The Finance Committee is charged with the responsibility of monitoring all the financial affairs of the HOA. It assembles the annual budget, monitors monthly operating statements, reviews the annual audit and serves in an advisory capacity to the HOA.

Landscape- Chairman, Joel Goldsmith
This committee focuses on the landscaping for all common areas in addition to selecting replacement material for the flowerbeds at the entrances.

Legal - Chairman, Charles Cohen
The Legal Committee is in charge of monitoring all legal issues that arise regarding the HOA, including lawsuits, legal opinions, etc. The committee works with the attorneys that have been named by the Board to represent the Association in various matters.

Communications - Chairman, Alan Yuster
The Communications Committee creates the HOA Newsletter, selecting topics and recruiting the appropriate volunteers to submit photos and articles. The committee is involved in the entire process from layout to distribution. The committee also works to; facilitate communications between Sub-Association Presidents and the Master HOA, manage and update the HOA website image and content,  and coordinate and oversee the look and design of  Woodfield HOA communication and support materials.

Rules & Regulations - Chairman, Stephen Michel
This committee focuses on determining which, if any, rules & regulations are in need of  amendment or  clarification. In addition, it also makes recommendations about rules that may need to be added to or deleted from the Community Documents.

Security - CoChairs, Rick Coffin and Lou Wiener
The Security Committee evaluates all aspects of security for Wood field, from day-to-day activities, to assessing potential new programs to fit the evolving needs of the community.

Woodfield Hearing Committee - Chairman Ed Gonda
Board Liaisons, Jim Dodrill and Charles Cohen
The Hearing Committee acts as an impartial and independent resident advocate group to review any citations issued on behalf of the HOA. No fine levied by the Board can be imposed until the Hearing Committee either approves or disapproves it.
